Postage Rates

During the checkout procedure you will be presented with a range of postage options. These are currently

• Standard Postage (Usually 3-5 working days) - £4.00
• Special Delivery Next Day (next working day*) - £8.00
• Special Delivery 9am (Next working day before 9am*) - £14.00

* If item is ordered before 1pm and item is in stock. If for any reason we are unable to despatch on a next day delivery we will contact you and offer either an alternative item or a refund.

Rates stated are per order, not per item. Rates shown are for UK orders only. Please contact us for details of overseas rates.

Free Postage for orders over £30
If your order is over £30 excluding postage, you can select the free standard postage option. We will be unable to despatch using this option if your order is less than £30.

Returns Policy

Please note, due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on earrings for pierced ears.

Refunds or exchanges can be made within 14 days of delivery if not completely satisfied with the product. Please package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to us in their original packaging and relevant documents so that we receive it within 14 working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.

We will happily replace faulty items if in stock or will offer a suitable replacement. All refunds will be made to the card that made the original payment.
