UK Orders
We aim to process your order quickly and efficiently with standard delivery charged at £3.95 and you can expect to receive your order within 7 days. Should you require items more urgently, please call us on 0141 440 1999, we will always endeavour to help.

If there is a problem with your order, e.g. an item is out of stock, we will contact you either by phone, email or post to let you know. We try our utmost to dispatch your order quickly to you, but this can be affected during extremely busy periods.

Overseas orders – including Europe and Eire
Order value Delivery charge:
Up to £100.00 - £10.00
Over £100.00 - £16.00
Silicone prostheses - £22.00 (regardless of order value)

Refunds and Exchanges
If you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchases you can return them to us with our FREE RETURN label. Simply affix onto your parcel and obtain proof of postage from the post office. We kindly request that you return any items for refund or exchange within 14 days in an ‘as sold’ condition with all labels and original packaging. Items will be refunded back as per the original method of payment. Where an exchange is requested for a different value item, the returned item(s) will be refunded and a new order will be placed, without any postage cost. Please allow 3 – 5 days for refunds and exchanges to be processed.

VAT
VAT is not charged on post-mastectomy goods, when supplied to an individual for their own personal use, provided a VAT concession form has been signed.
